Dear Mr/Mrs. 1. The National Syndemic Diseases Control Council has set aside funds in its Global Fund Budget towardthecost of the subject consulting services.
- The NSDCC hereby invites elegible and qualified consulting firms to submit their proposals PROVISIONOFCONSULTANCY SERVICES TO DEVELOP, EDIT , DESIGNANDPRINTINFORMATION, EDUCATION AND COMMUNICATION (IEC) MATERIALS:DIGITAL(VISUAL, AUDIO-VISUAL), BRAILLE FOR HIV PREVENTION(LENACAPAVIR)Detailed information on scope of services is provided in Section 5 of Terms of Reference.

A firm will be selected under Quality Cost Based Selection [QCBS] method and in a format as describedinthis Request for Proposal(RFP), in accordance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015andattendant regulations.A copy of the Act and regulations is available on PPRA website: www.ppra.go.ke.

b) Whether you intend to submit a proposal alone or intend to enhance your experience byrequestingpermission to associate with other firm(s) (if permissible under Section 2, Instructions toConsultants(ITC), Data Sheet14.1.1).
