- National Oil Corporation of Kenya (National Oil) invites sealed tenders from interested and eligible candidates under Persons with Disability (PWDs) who are dully registered under the Access to Government Procurement Opportunities (AGPO) Program for the Provision of Cleaning, Fumigation and Sanitary Bins Collection Services for National Oil Corporation of Kenya –Kisumu Branch Office, for a period of three (3) years on contract renewable annually subject to satisfactory performance.
- Tendering will be conducted under Reservation and is open to all qualified and interested Persons with Disability(PWD) owned enterprises who are dully registered with National Treasury under AGPO
- Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours, between 0800hrs to 1600hrs (East Africa Time) at the Procurement Department, National Oil Corporation – Kawi House, South C, NAIROBI, KENYA. Email: tenders@nockenya.co.ke
- A complete set of tender documents may also be purchased or obtained by paying KES 1,000, in cash or Banker’s Cheque. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
- Mandatory Site visit will be held during normal office hours, between 0800hrs to 1600hrs (East Africa Time) (Open to normal working day during office hours between 0800hrs to 1600hrs on or before the tender opening day on 16th February 2026 1000hrs).Interested bidders shall be required to attach a copy of Site Visit Certificate in their tender submissions. Kisumu Office Branch (National Oil Corporation -Kenya Pipeline, KPC Depot) PS28 along Nkrumah Road, Off Kisumu/Busia Road, Kisumu.
- Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) https://nationaloil.co.ke/ or https://tenders.go.ke/ . Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
- Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (https://nationaloil.co.ke/ or https://tenders.go.ke/ ). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to (tenders@nockenya.co.ke ) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
- The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. Completed tenders must be delivered on or before 16th February 2026 at 1000hrs EAT at National Oil Corporation – Kawi House, South C,Red Cross Road off Popo Road , P.O Box 58567 – 00200,NAIROBI, KENYA and deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Reception area , Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
- Tenders that do not fit in the tender box shall be deposited at the Reception Desk and recorded using the register located at the reception area at the address located in clause 8 above.
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
- Late tenders will be rejected.
- Preference and Reservation schemes will apply as prescribed in the Procurement law.
