CONSTRUCTION OF MAIN GATE INFRASTRUCTURE AND PERIMETER FENCES AT KIMBIMBI AND KIANYAGA SUBCOUNTY HOSPITAL MEDICAL COMPLEXES.

COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KIRINYAGA TENDER FEBRUARY 2026 

1. The County Government of Kirinyaga invites sealed tenders for the PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF MAIN GATE INFRASTRUCTURE AND PERIMETER FENCES AT KIMBIMBI AND KIANYAGA SUB-COUNTY HOSPITAL MEDICAL COMPLEXES.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National open tender) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours from the Supply Chain Management Office 1st floor, Kirinyaga County Headquarters between 8.00am and 5.00pm Kenyan Time, Monday to Friday except lunch time between 1.00pm to 2.00pm and on public holidays at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers FREE OF CHARGE.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.Kirinyaga.go.ke  or from the PPIP portal https://tenders.go.ke/  . Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@kirinyaga.go.ke  to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 180 days from the date of opening of tenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kenya shillings 700,000 in any of the following forms; a bank guarantee; a guarantee by an insurance company registered and licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority listed by the Authority.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tender document should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box located at 1st Floor, County Government of Kirinyaga Headquarters, Kutus Town or be addressed and mailed to: County Government of Kirinyaga Physical address: 1st Floor County Headquarters Kutus Town P.O Box 260 – 10304 KUTUS Email: procurement@kirinyaga.go.ke  Electronic Tenders will not be permitted. and dropped in the Tender Box situated at the Kirinyaga County Headquarters ground floor so as to be received on or before Tuesday 10th February, 2026 at 10.00 A.M
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and times specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
