INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED PURCHASE, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 46-SEATER CAPACITY SEMI-LUXURY SCHOOL BUS AT MAHOO GIRLS SECONDARY SCHOOL
1. The NG–CDF TAVETA invites sealed tenders for the proposed purchase,supply and deliveryof 46-seatercapacity semi-luxury school bus at Mahoo Girls Secondary School locatedat TAVETAConstituency for a period of 3 months.
- Tendering will be conducted under open Tender using a standardized tender document.
Tenderingisopentoall qualified and interested Tenderers.
- Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documentsduringoffice hours 0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below. 4. A complete set of tender documents will be obtained in the public procurement information portal(PPIP).

Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the public procurement informationportal(PPIP) Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediatelytocdftaveta@ngcdf.go.ke , 0726529741 P.O Box 243-80302-Taveta to facilitate any further clarificationoraddendum.

Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remainvalidfor90days from the date of opening of tenders.

The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted intheformatof1,2,3,4……… ( from the cover page to last page including all the attachments).

Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 17th February,2026 at 1100hrs.Electronic Tenders Shall Not be permitted.

Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadlinedateandtime specified later.
Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designatedrepresentatives who choose to attend at the address below.
