PROVISION OF EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES FOR THE KRA STAFF PENSION SCHEME FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS – KRA

KENYA REVENUE AUTHORITY TENDER FEBRUARY 2026 

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NOTICE
1. The Kenya Revenue Authority invites proposals on behalf of the Kenya Revenue Authority Staff
Pension Scheme from eligible firms for the following Request for Proposal:

1. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents
   with detailed requirements at the office of the:
   Deputy Commissioner – Supply Chain Management
   Times Tower Building, 21st Floor,
   P.O Box 48240– 00100 GPO,

2. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained from KRA E-Procurement portal
   available on the KRA website www.kra.go.ke and the Public Procurement Information Portal
   www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.
3. Qualified and interested firms may obtain further information and inspect the RFP Documents
   during office hours 8:00am-5:00pm. Completed proposals are to be SUBMITTED MANUALLY
   marked “KRA/HQS/RFP-026/2025-2026 – Provision of External Audit Services for the
   KRA Staff Pension Scheme for a period of Three (3) Years.” and submitted to the tender
   box located on Ground Floor at Times Tower Building, Haile Selassie Avenue, Nairobi. So as to be
   received on or before 24th February 2026.
4. An original hard copy of the Bid Security Kes. 150,000.00 in a freely convertible currency must be
   dropped in the Tender Security Box located at Times Tower Building, Ground Floor any day before
   the tender closing date. The Bid Security must be in a sealed envelope bearing the Tender Number
   and Description and addressed to the address indicated above
5. The tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
6. Completed Tender documents should be submitted in plain sealed envelopes and clearly marked
   “KRA/HQS/RFP-026/2025-2026 – Provision of External Audit Services for the KRA
   Staff Pension Scheme for the Financial Years 2025/2026, 2026/2027, 2027/2028.”
   and addressed to the above address so as to be received on or before 24th February 2026.
7. Submission of Proposals should strictly be done via the Tender Box situated Ground Floor, Times
   Tower Building, Haile Selassie Avenue.
8. Proposals shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Proposals shall remain
   valid for 335 days from the date of opening of tender.
9. Proposals will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any other
   deadline date and time that ma y be specified later.
10. Proposals will be publicly opened in the presence of the firms designated representatives who
    choose to attend at the address above.
11. Late submissions will be rejected.
12. Any canvassing or giving of false information will lead to automatic disqualification
