The Kenya Revenue Authority invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the following tenders:

a) Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents

b) A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained from KRA E-Procurement
portal available on the KRA website www.kra.go.ke free of charge. Prospective bidders should
register for E-Procurement to enable them access the KRA portal under “New Supplier
Registration” found under the Tender Tab.
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 8:00am-5:00pm. Completed Bids are to be saved as PDF
documents marked “KRA/HQS/NCB-027/2025-2026: SUPPLY, DELIVERY,
INSTALLATION, TESTING, COMMISSIONING AND MAINTENANCE OF
INTELLIGENCE ANALYSIS TOOL FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS.
c) and submitted to the appropriate KRA E-procurement Web Portal found on the KRA website so
as to be received on or before 3rd March, 2026 at 11.00 a.m.
d) Tendering will be conducted under National Open Competitive method using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers
e) Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours i.e.0800 to 1700 hours.
f) Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded from the website www.kra.go.ke free
of charge. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to eprocurement@kra.go.ke, telephone +254 02 2817022 and P.O.
BOX 48240 – 00100 to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
g) The tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
