TENDER FOR PROVISION OF CLEANING & SANITARY SERVICES AT KAREN AND TOWN CAMPUSES.
TENDER NO. KSL/OT/001/2025–2027
1. The Kenya School of Law invites sealed tenders for provision of cleaning and sanitation services at
the Karen and Town Campuses.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all eligible, qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon
payment of a non- refundable fees of Kshs. 1000.00 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the
address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website
www.ksl.ac.ke or the PPIP Portal. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
Tenderers downloading documents from a designated website shall advise the Procurement Entity
that they have downloaded the tender documents, giving full contact addresses of the tenderer
(email, telephone number and postal address).
5. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Tuesday, 24th February,
2026 at 12.00 noon.
6. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
7. Late tenders will be rejected.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the
tender number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box located at the main entrance of the
Administration Block (GATE C) and be addressed to:
