PROPOSED RENOVATION TO COMPLETION OF THE LIKUYANI LAW COURTS
Invitation to Tender (ITT) No: LKYN/NG-CDF-114/2025-2026
1. The Likuyani Law courts invites sealed tenders for the construction of (Proposed renovation to completion of
the Likuyani Law courts- Substructure works, partly walling, ring beam, roof works, plastering, rendering,
terrazzo flooring, tile works in WC, plumbering works, septic tanks, ceiling, equipping of offices, fencing and
gate, painting and branding]
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National/International) [Select one] using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
Incase tender is subject to Multiple contracts/lots, inser t“Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots”.
Incase this tender is subject to a Reservation, specify the Group is eligible to tender, Insert e.g.” Tendering to
open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with..N/A
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours [insert office hours if applicable i.e. 0800 to 1630 hours] at the address given below.

4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a
non- refundable fees of (Ksh 1000.00) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below.
Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) tenders.go.ke.Tender documents
obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (PPIP Home). Tenderers who
download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to (cdflikuyani@ngcdf.go.ke,
+0753528757 and P.O BOX 15-30205 Matunda) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security” or “Tender – Securing Declaration,” as appropriate]

7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialise all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 12.00 Noon, Monday 2nd March 2026 .
