INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF STATIONERY ITEMS FOR A PERIOD OF 2 YEARS ON REQUIREMENT BASIS
2. REF NO. KPC/PU/FW-014(PROC)E/25-26
3. The Kenya Pipeline Company Ltd invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the
Tender for Supply of stationery items for two (2) years.
4. Tendering will be conducted under Open competitive method (national) using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
5. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots. Tenders will be awarded
on basis of Framework Contract agreement.
6. Tendering is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with AGPO certificates
7. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents from the website: www.kpc.co.ke. Tender documents may be obtained
electronically from the Website(s) www.kpc.co.ke or www.tenders.go.ke .Tender
documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
8. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.kpc.co.ke).
9. All Tenders must be accompanied by a duly filled and signed tender securing declaration form
10.The Tenderer is encouraged to chronologically serialize all pages of the tender
documents submitted.
11.Hard copies of tender documents will not be permitted. Only electronic tenders will be permitted.
Completed tenders documents must be submitted electronically in PDF format and
uploaded on the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Collaboration Folder on or
before 11.03.2026 at 10.00 a.m. Late submission will be automatically locked out by the system.
12.Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
address below.
