TENDER NAME: Supply and Delivery of Give-aways on Framework Agreement for a Period
of One (1) Year Renewable Once Subject to Performance
1. Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM) invites sealed tenders from eligible
candidates (AGPO-REGISTERED) for the Supply and Delivery of Give-aways on
Framework Agreement for a Period of One (1) Year Renewable Once Subject to Performance
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Competitive bidding method using
a standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested AGPO Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the
Tender Documents during office hours 8.00am to 5.00pm, Daily Monday to Friday
at the address provided below.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website
www.kism.or.ke Or the Public Procurement Information Portal (www.tenders.go.ke) free of charge
5. Bidders are advised to regularly visit the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management
website to obtain any additional information/addendum on the tender. All
addenda/additional information on the tender shall be posted on Kenya Institute of
Supplies Management website as they become available. Bidders are therefore
encouraged to check the website at all times during the bidding period to avoid
missing out on instructions.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered in hard copy and deposited in the Tender Box
located at KISM Towers 12th Floor along Ngong Road, so as to be received on or
before 11:00 AM on 13th March, 2026
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at Kenya
Institute of Supplies Management 12th Floor Boardroom.
9. Late tenders shall be rejected.
