KTDA Management Services Ltd (KTDA) is Kenya’s premier organization, providing management services to the small-scale tea sector for effective production, processing and marketing of high quality teas. Currently, KTDA manages 71 tea factories in the small-scale tea sub-sector.
KTDA invites sealed bids for provision of the above referenced services.
Interested eligible firms may obtain detailed tender documents from the procurement office located on first floor Majani Plaza, Koinange Street Nairobi during office hours upon payment of the non- refundable tender registration fee. Completed documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on Ground Floor, Majani Plaza, Koinange Street, Nairobi, to be received not later than Tuesday, 24th March 2026 at 9.30 am Local time.
Opening shall be on the same day virtually through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log in credentials before the tender opening.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
