Naivasha High School invites reputable and qualified firms to submit sealed bids for the following tenders:

Eligibility Requirements
Interested tenderers must attach copies of the following documents:
- Certificate of Incorporation I Registration of Business Name / National ID (for sole proprietors]
- KRAPIN/VAT Certificate
- Receipt as proof of payment for tender documents
Submission of Tenders
Completed tender documents should be placed in a plain sealed envelope clearly indicating the tender number and category applied for, and addressed to:
The Secretary, Board of Management
Naivasha High School
The sealed envelope should be deposited in the Tender Box located at the School Office during working days between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The deadline for submission is 30th March 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
Tender opening will take place immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
Tender Documents
Interested bidders may obtain tender documents from the School Bursar’s Office upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 2,000, payable at the school accounts office. An official receipt will be issued
