INVITATION TO TENDER
PROCUREMENT OF TRAINING SERVICES FOR 896 (EIGHT HUNDRED AND NINETY SIX) BODA BODA RIDERS, LICENSING AND ISSUING OF SMART DRIVING LICENCE.
1. The MWALA NG-CDF invites sealed tenders for the provision of services, i.e. PROCUREMENT OF
TRAINING SERVICES FOR 896 (EIGHT HUNDRED AND NINETY SIX) BODA BODA RIDERS,
LICENSING AND ISSUING OF SMART DRIVING LICENCE AT MBIUNI WARD, MWALA WARD,
WAMUNYU WARD, KIBAUNI WARD, MUTHETHENI WARD AND MASII WARD
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method [OPEN TENDERING] using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours [8:00am to 4:00pm] at the address given below. MWALA NG-CDF P.O BOX 858-90100
MACHAKOS. More details on the Services are provided in PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V –
Description of Services of the Tender Document.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a
non-refundable fees of (1,000) one thousand kenya shillings only) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to
the address given below: ACCOUNT NUMBER 1342688376 KCB(KENYA COMMERCIAL
BANK)Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s)https://tenders.go.ke . Tender
documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (https://tenders.go.ke).
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
cdfmwala@ngcdf.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a [insert “tender Security” or “Tender-Securing Declaration,” as
appropriate] of [insert amount and currency in case of a tender Security.]
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below MWALA NG-CDF P.O BOX 858-90100
MACHAKOS on or before 1st April 2026 at 10:00am. Electronic Tenders will be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
