INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER NO. MAT/NG-CDF/040/2025-2026
FOR ONE OFF PURCHASE OF A 46-SEATER BUS ISUZUSEMI- LUXURY SCHOOL BUS WITH DIESEL PROPELLED ENGINE FOR NGUNGURU SECONDARY SCHOOL
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
1. In case this tender is subject to a Reservation, specify the Group is eligible to tender, Insert e.g. “Tendering
is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with… ”).
2. In case tender is subject to Multiple contracts/lots, insert “Tenderers will be allowed to tender for
one or more lots”.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours [insert office hours if applicable i.e. 0900 to 1500 hours] at the address given
below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded at www.ngcdf.go.ke / tenders.go.ke by
i n t e r e s t e d tenderers upon payment of a non- refundable fees of KSHS. 1,000.00 Deposited at at
Mathira NG-CDF bank Account No. 01120059658500 (CO-OPERATIVE BANK)
5. Tender documents downloaded from the www.ngcdf.go.ke / tenders.go.ke, the tenderers who must
forward their particulars immediately to cdfmathira@ngcdf.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of 2% of quoted sum with a validity period
of 180 days from the date of tender opening from a recognized financial institution in Kenya or insurance
company approved by PPRA
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 13th April 2026.
Electronic Tenders will not] be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
