1. The RUIRU CONSTITUENCY invites sealed tenders for PROPOSED RENOVATION AND
EXTENSION TO GIKUMARI POLICE POST IN RUIRU CONSTITUENCY. Tendering will be
conducted under open competitive method (Public notice) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all interested Tenderers.
NB“Tenderers will be allowed to tender for only one contract at a time”.
2. Qualified and interested tenderer s may obtain further information during office hours [. 0800
to 1700 hours] at the address given below.

3. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenders free from any
charges. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
4. Tender documents will be viewed and downloaded from the WWW.PPIP.GO.KE. Tenderers
who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to the above
address to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid
for (120) days from the date of opening of tenders.
- All Tenders must be accompanied by a “tender Security” or “Tender-Securing Declaration,”
- The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
- Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 31ST MARCH 2026 AT 10.00AM
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below. -
Late tenders will be rejected.
