- Prospective candidates may obtain further information/details, view and download tender
documents free of charge at the County’s website www.transnzoia.go.ke and also at the public
procurement information portal www.tenders.go.ke. - Prices quoted MUST be in Kenya Shillings inclusive of all taxes, other relevant costs and shall remain
valid for the number of days as indicated in the tender document. - All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security/tender securing declaration as indicated in
respective tender document where applicable. - Completed set of tender documents shall be submitted both electronically through the supplier’s
portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke and manually deposited in the tender box located County Yard
(Kitale Fire station), Kitale on or before Friday 3rd April, 2026 at the time as indicated in the system
(supplier portal)
