INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF RADIOLOGY BLOCK AT MARIMANTI LEVEL IV HOSPITAL
TENDER NO. TNCG/19/2025/2026
1. The County Government of Tharaka Nithi invites eligible candidates for tenders for the
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF RADIOLOGY BLOCK AT MARIMANTI LEVEL IV HOSPITAL.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Interested eligible candidates may download a complete set of tender documents with evaluation criteria from the
county website: www.tharakanithi.go.ke or IFMIS Supplier Portal: http://supplier.treasury.go.ke OR procurement
portal www.tenders.go.ke using the unique IFMIS Negotiation Number indicated in the tender advert.
4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “Tender Security” of KES. 330,000 in any of the following forms; a bank guarantee; a guarantee by an insurance company registered and licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority listed by the Authority; a letter of credit; or guarantee by a deposit taking micro-finance institution, Sacco society, the Youth Enterprise Development Fund or the Women Enterprise Fund.
5. Prices quoted must be inclusive of 0.03% Capacity Building Levy and all other applicable taxes.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tender documents must be submitted electronically through the IFMIS Suppliers Portal
(http://supplier.treasury.go.ke) as per the requirements contained in the document so as to be received on or before the
date and time indicated in the IFMIS portal.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above and the suppliers shall
receive notification on the opening date of commercial bids which shall be projected at the county offices. Bidders
or their representative may attend the commercial opening.
