PROVISION OF EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES
Global Express Regulated SACCO Limited invites proposals from qualified and duly registered audit firms to provide statutory external audit services for the financial year ending 31st December 2026.
Scope:
Annual audit of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards; issuance of an independent audit opinion; and a management letter on internal control findings and recommendations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Certified audit firm with active ICPAK membership.
- SASRA approved to audit regulated SACCOs [include ICPAK required QR code).
- Minimum 5 years audit experience in SACCOs / financial services.
- Qualified audit partners and professional staff.
