The County Assembly of Meru wishes to dispose off a boarded Motor Vehicle and other Assorted
Items on ‘as is where’basis to any interested bidder. The vehicle on sale and the assorted items can be
viewed at the County Assembly of Meru Premises during normal working hours.

Interested bidders should download the tender documents for disposal of motor vehicle from www.
tenders.go.ke or from our website www.assembly.meru.go.ke free of charge and must meet all
conditions as indicated in the tender document. The tenderers shall provide a refundable deposit
of 2% of the motor vehicle reserved price as indicated in the item price schedule in form of cash
deposit or Original Bankers Cheque payable to Meru County Assembly, Equity Bank Account Number
0140261449618(Meru Branch).
Duly completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes should be marked:

Should be deposited in the TENDER BOX situated at the County Assembly offices so as to be received
not later than Monday, 13th April 2026 at 10 am. The Tender documents will be publicly opened
immediately thereafter in committee room 108 in the presence of bidders/representatives of bidders
who may choose to attend.
