INVITATION TO TENDER 
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1 NO. 1 SPORTUTILITYVEHICLE FOR COUNTY ASSEMBLY OF MIGORI 
1. The County Assembly of Migori invites sealed tenders for the Supply and Delivery of 1No.1.Sport Utility Vehicle for County Assembly of Migori. Tendering will be conducted under National open tender using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified, eligible and interested Tenderers.

1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours, from 0800hrs to 1700hrs E.A.T at the County procurement office or through the county Assembly website (www.migoriassembly.go.ke) or PPIP Portal .

2. A complete set of tender documents will be obtained electronically free of charge. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.migoriassembly.go.ke or through https://tenders.go.ke Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.

3. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.migoriassembly.go.ke or PPIP or IFMIS system using the negotiation number provided on the advert. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to migoricaclerk@gmail.com or +254712263037 to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of kshs.340,000 from a reputable commercial bank in Kenya. The tender security should be in the form of banker’s cheque.

5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted sequentially i.e. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5……….

6. Completed tenders must be delivered electronically through the IFMIS portal. Manual tenders shall not be accepted.

7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

8. Late tenders will be automatically rejected by the ifmis system.
