INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF NZEEU SUMPWELL-KIANGWA WATER SUPPLY PROJECT
Invitation to Tender (ITT) No: CGOKTI/MWI/008/2025-2026
The County Government of Kitui invites sealed tenders for the Proposed Construction of Nzeeu
sumpwell-Kiangwa water supply project. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method
(National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office
hours at procurement office, Annex Administration Block 2nd Floor, Savani Road opposite Kitui Central CDF
Offices i.e. 0900 to 1500 hours] at the address given below.

2. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the County Government of Kitui
website-www.kitui.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal https://www.tenders.go.ke.Tender
documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
3. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website County Government of Kitui
website-www.kitui.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal https://www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers
who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to (insert email, telephone
and postal address) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “tender Security” of [KSHs 330,000) Two hundred and twenty thousand
shillings only.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
6. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes.
7. Completed tenders must be submitted electronically via the Ifmis supplier portal, Negotiation No 2182012
on or before Tuesday 28th April 2026 AT 12:00PM. Only Electronic Tenders will be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
