INVITATION TO TENDER
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICE ON DEVELOPMENT OF KEY MATERIALS FOR HEROS AND HEROINES RECOGNITION INITIATIVE
TENDER NO: NCC/INCL/T/ 351/2025-2026
1. The Nairobi City County Government invites sealed tenders for Request for Proposal for
Consultancy Service on Development of Key Materials for Heros and Heroines Recognition
Initiative. Tendering will be conducted under Request for proposals using a standardized
tender document for consultancy services
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Request for
Proposal Documents during office hours 8.00 am to 5.00 pm at the address given below.

3. Request for Proposal documents may be viewed and downloaded free from the National
suppliers’ Website (www.tenders.go.ke) and Nairobi county website www.nairobi.go.ke .
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to nairobiprocurement@gmail.com to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
4. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly bearing only
tender number and title should be deposited in tender box located at the reception of the Supply
Chain Management Department offices, City Hall, 4th Floor Room 400.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted in the
format of 1,2,3,4….(from cover page to the last page including all attachments).
- Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 22ND APRIL, 2026 at 11.00
am (East Africa Time) Electronic Tenders will not be permitted. - Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of
the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below. -
Late tenders will be rejected.
