INVITATION TO TENDER
1.0 : TENDER NOTICE
The National Government Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF) – Teso South Constituency, and
the Project management Committees for Fr.Okodoi Secondary School invites interested eligible and
competent suppliers from reputable companies for the below mentioned tender;

Bidders MUST meet the following MANDATORY minimum requirements;
1. A copy of certificate of registration /incorporation.
2. A valid single business permit
3. A copy of the company CR12
4. A copy of a valid KRA PIN registration certificate.
5. A copy of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate for the firm.
6. A duly filled, signed and stamped tender documents.
7. Verifiable Evidence of similar supply done for the last 3 years including colour pictures and copies
of contracts.
8. Document must be properly serialized.
Obtaining Bidding documents
Interested eligible bidders may obtain a complete set of tender/quotation documents free of charge from Public
Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) Website (www.tenders.go.ke).
Tenders in plain sealed envelopes, marked tender number and bearing no indication of the tenderer should be addressed to;-

P.O Box 19- 50403, Amukura.
and placed in the Tender Box at Teso South NG-CDF office on or before 23rdApril, 2026 at 11.00am.
Tenders will be opened on 23rd April, 2026 at 11.00 am at the Teso South NG-CDF Boardroom in the presence of
tenderers other representatives who choose to attend.
