KTDA Management Services Ltd is in the process of procuring approximately 99,000 Tonnes of bagged fertilizer to be
transported from designated storage in Mombasa/Nairobi to its various managed tea factories. The fertilizer is expected
to arrive in June 2026.
KTDA invites tenders from eligible transporters and logistic firms to transport fertilizer from Mombasa and Nairobi to its
various managed tea factories as specified in the tender documents. The factories are located in the counties of; Meru,
Tharaka Nithi, Embu, Kirinyaga, Nyeri, Muranga, Kiambu, Nakuru, Kericho, Bomet, Nandi, Nyamira, Kisii, Vihiga and Trans
Nzoia. The physical factory locations are available online on KTDA website: https://www.ktdateas.com
Interested transport firms/individual transporters can obtain detailed tender documents from the procurement office
located on third floor Majani Plaza, Koinange Street, Nairobi during office hours upon payment of the respective non-
refundable tender fee.
