The County Government of Kilifi invites sealed tenders for Purchase Of Land Cruiser Ambulances
3. 4. Tendering will be conducted under open tender procurement method using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours i.e. 8.00am to 5.00pm hours at the address given below.

A complete set of tender documents may be inspected and obtained by interested tenders FREE OF CHARGE from the Kilifi County website (www.kilifi.go.ke). Tender documents may also be obtained from the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP).

Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.kilifi.go.ke). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to supplychain@kilifi.go.keto facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

The Tenderer shall chronologically and sequenially serialize all pages of
the tender document submitted in the format of 1, 2, 3, 4 including the cover page and all other attachments -
Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 150daysfrom the date of opening of tenders.

Completed tenders must be scanned and uploaded into the ifmis supplier portal (supplier.treasury.go.ke)on or before 29TH April , 2026 at 11:00am. Manual Submission of tenders will not be permitted.

All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kenya Shillings Seven Million, Three hundred Ninety Two Thousand shillings (Kshs.7,392,000.00) Only from a Commercial Bank or Insurance Company
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later.
Tenders will be opened through the ifmis tender portal in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend.
- Late tenders will be rejected.
