Interested eligible bidders may download the tender documents (free of charge) from the county Government of Samburu website, www.samburu.go.ke/tenders or the government procurement info portal www.tenders.go.ke

Completed tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS supplier portal so as to be received not later than 9th APRIL 2021 at 10.00 am. Where there is dispute between the closing time indicated in the tender notice and the time in the IFMIS Negotiation Number the time indicated in the IFMIS negotiation number shall prevail.

Original bid security must be delivered at the office of the Head of Supply Chain Management during office work­ing hours between 8.00am and 5.00 pm only on or before the closing date and time.

Interested and eligible bidders having challenges uploading their tender documents in the Integrated Manage­ment System (IFMIS) supplier portal may obtain assistance from IFMIS desk on 0800721477/0202480180 at the National Treasury.

Note: The system will automatically close at the time and date of tender closing specified on the IFMIS portal and tender documents. The system does not have provisions for late submissions.
