Lamu Water and Sewerage Company (LAWASCO) has received funds from the Water Fund under the Urban Investments Programme and intends to use part of the funds to undertake the following projects. The Company (LAWASCO) herewith invites bids from eligible firms to undertake the following water/civil works.

This tender shall be conducted through the Open National Tender (ONT) procedure specified in the Government of Kenya (GOK), the public Procurement and Asset Disposals Act, 2015.
Interested eligible and competent bidders may obtain further information from the address given below.

Completed tender documents in a plain sealed envelope bearing no indication of the tenderer but clearly marked with Tender Reference Number and Tender Name should be addressed to: –

The sealed documents should be sent through the above address or deposited in the ”Tender box” located at LAWASCO main office, located in Lamu town next to Lamu police station on or before 2nd June 2021 at 10.00 AM. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the companies’ conference hall (Boardroom) in the presence of the interested tenderers or their representatives who chose to attend.
Note, pre-tender site visits are at bidders own cost and is compulsory for this project.
