EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DESIGNS AND SUPERVISION OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE COUNTY ASSEMBLY DEBATING CHAMBERS

COUNTY ASSEMBLY OF BUNGOMA TENDER 2021 

The County Assembly of Bungoma invites proposals from registered Architectural firms for designs and supervision of construction works for the County Assembly Chambers.

Scope of work

This will include but not limited to:

1.             Preparation of detailed designs and tender documents
2.             Assistance in evaluation of construction tender bids

      iii.            Supervision of construction works to completion

Detailed information on the scope of works and eligibility criteria is available on the County Assembly Website; www.bungomaassembly.go.ke.

Interested consultants must submit an Original and a copy of the EOI with necessary documentation in a plain sealed envelope clearly labelled on EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DESIGNS AND SUPERVISION OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE COUNTY ASSEMBLY DEBATING CHAMBERS.

The documents clearly marked with tender name should be deposited in a tender box located at the County Assembly Precincts and addressed to:

So as to reach on or before 28^th May, 2021 at 11.00 A.M.

The EOI will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

NOTE:

1.             Late bids will NOT be accepted.
2.             Interested firms are encouraged to bid as a consortium of all the trades
