Tender documents with detailed specifications and conditions are obtainable from respective Hospital Procurement Officer’s office, Makindu, Kibwezi, Sultan Hamud, Kilungu Matiliku and Kambu Sub county hospitals during normal working days [8.00 Am – 5.00 Pm, Monday- Friday upon payment of a Non-re- fundable fee of Kshs 1,000 [One thousand Kenya shillings only] per set payable in Cash at the Facilities’ Cash office. Bidders must attach to tender documents a , copy of tender purchase receipt, copies of registration certificates, VAT and PIN certificate and TAX compliance certificate, dully filled, signed and stamped forms S31, S33 and S34. Price quoted must be net inclusive of VAT, other charges and must remain valid for 90 days from date of closing tenders.
Complete tender document should be submitted in plain sealed envelopes marked with the tender name and reference number and deposited in the tender box at the RESPECTIVE HOSPITALS’ tender boxes or to be addressed to the Medical superintendent of the respective hospitals so as to be received on or before 18th June 2021 at 10.00 Am. There after tenders will be opened immediately in the presence of the bidders or the representatives, who choose to attend
