INVITATION TO TENDER
BEEF AND BEEF PRODUCTS (FRAMEWORK CONTRACT)
TENDER NO: TENP/RG/A/02/2025/27
1. THE ELDORET NATIONAL POLYTECHNIC (TENP) invites sealed tenders for supply and delivery of beef
and beef products on framework contract for two (2) years (as and when required)
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open Tender method (National) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours Mondays to Fridays as from 8:30am to 5:00pm at The Eldoret National
Polytechnic, Procurement department at the institutions Administration Block. Or send enquiries to;

4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Public Procurement
Information Portal(PPIP) https://tenders.go.ke/ or The Eldoret National polytechnic official website
www.tenp.ac.ke
Tender documents will be free of charge.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Securing Declaration
6. The Tenderer must chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to The Eldoret National Polytechnic- main campus at the Tender
Box located at the administration block main entrance on or before 23RD JUNE 2025 AT 11:30 AM.
Electronic Tenders WILL NOT be accepted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above. Tenders
will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose
to attend at The Eldoret National Polytechnic- main campus, conference hall.
- Late tenders will be rejected.
