BUILDING CLIMATE RESILIENCE THROUGH SOLARIZED BOREHOLE DEVELOPMENT AND WATER DISTRIBUTION IN NGARINGASHI

The COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF TAITA TAVETA invites sealed tenders for the BUILDING CLIMATE
RESILIENCE THROUGH SOLARIZED BOREHOLE DEVELOPMENT AND WATER DISTRIBUTION IN
NGARINGASHI BOMENI WARD
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National)using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 8.00A.M TO 5.00 PM at the address given below.
2. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested bidders from the county website
www.taitataveta.go.ke,www.tenders.go.ke and also online vide IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTALwww.supplier.treasury.go.ke.
Once you have logged in the supplier portal, you search for the respective
negotiation number. (Search published negotiation>select number>type the number>click Go). Tenderers who
download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to (insert email, telephone and postal
address) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and
shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening of tenders.
3. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
4. Completed tenders MUST be submitted electronically via the IFMIS portal. Manual tenders will not be permitted.
5. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
time specified later.
6. Late tenders will be rejected.
