BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SERVICES (BDS) CONSULTANCY SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES- IMPACT SME DEVELOPMENT PROJECT, KENYA
Oxfam in Kenya seeks a qualified BDS services provider to deliver customized support to 7 impact-driven SMEs under the Impact SME Development Project. The assignment includes:
- Conducting enterprise needs assessments
- Delivering tailored one-on-one BDS support
- Facilitating a business skills training workshop
- Supporting the Superstar Business Competition
- Organizing an investment readiness session
- Assisting in fundraising and partnership mapping
Requirements:
- 5–10 years’ experience working with MSMEs
- Proven experience offering tailored BDS, financial inclusion, and business scaling support
- Track record running innovation/business competitions
- Must be Kenya-based
