CALL FOR NATIONAL CONSULTANTS – ADAPTATION & ROLLOUT OF THE ILO’S “FORMALIZE YOUR BUSINESS” TRAINING MODULE IN KENYA
Through its PROSPECTS programme, the ILO is supporting Kenya’s efforts to formalize informal enterprises. A national consultant is sought to adapt and roll out the “Formalize Your Business (FYB)” training module for the Kenyan context.
Scope includes:
- Adapting Part II of the learner’s manual to Kenyan procedures
- Revising the trainer’s guide and developing a glossary
- Designing session plans and evaluation tools
- Delivering two Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions
- Aligning content with the ILO’s SIYB methodology
Open to consultants with experience in small business formalization, training development, and facilitation in Kenya. SIYB Master Trainer certification is an added advantage.
