Sambirir girls secondary school in Marakwet East Sub County invites interested and eligible bidders for completion works in dormitory as per the specification in the tender document

Interested bidders who are eligible in the above tender are asked to visit NC-CDF Marakwet East offices during normal working hours to obtain tender documents at non-refundable fee of kshs 1,000 (One thousand only) payable only in cash. Tenderers may inspect the project before filling the tender document.
The following mandatory requirements supported by certified copies of requisite documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation;
- Provide certificate of incorporation
- Provide valid National Construction Authority (NCA) certificate under category 8 and above
- Provide PIN/VAT registration certificate
- Provide valid tax compliance certificate
- Must provide bid bond of kshs 100,000 which must remain valid for 120 days (after expiry of tender validity period) in form of bank guarantee from a reputable bank or approved insurance firm
- Duly filled form offender
- Duly filled business questionnaire
- Valid CR12 from registrar of companies
- Must show proof of the following;
- Key technical staff to be engaged
- Audited accounts
- Works of similar magnitude and complexity undertaken in the last three years
- Litigation history of the company (Both court and arbitration cases)
- Evidence of sound financial standing or access to credit
- Bank account in the name of the company (Three months bank statement)
Dully filled and sealed document clearly marked with the respective tender number, description and bearing the name be addressed to FUND ACCOUNT MANAGER, MARAKWET EAST NG-CDF, P.O.BOX 298-30705 KAPSOWAR so as to be received and deposited at the tender box at NG- CDF office entrance on or before 24/08/2021 at 10.00am. Opening will be done immediately at Chesoi NG-CDF Office in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
