Interested bidders should note that ONLY those meeting the criteria indicated below as minimum, supported by the relevant documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation.

Mandatory requirements

·       Certified copy of valid NCA 4 and above

·       Certified copy of valid Tax compliance certificate issued by Kenya revenue authority.

·       Certified copy of CR 12 for limited companies/passport for directors (Must be within a period of 12 month)

·       Bid security as shown above and MUST be from a reputable bank or insurance company approved by PPRA

·       Certified copy of KRA pin and VAT certificates issued by KRA

·       Proof of CRB compliance.

·       Serialization of the document.

·       Certified Copy of valid single business permit with relevant county government authorities

·       Dully filled, signed and stamped form of tender.

·       Certified copy of company certificate of incorporation /certificate of registration

Further, Tenderers from the following tenderers shall be treated as non –responsive and therefore subject to disqualification:-

i)              Atender from a tenderer whose directors/owners/shareholders are either county public servants, state officers or their spouse and or children

ii)             A tenderer who makes attempts of any kind to influence the tender outcome by soliciting for information during tender evaluation, communication with tender evaluators , corrupting any public officers and any other forms to win favors shall automatically be disqualified and recommended for prosecution

A complete tender document be enclosed in A plain sealed envelope and clearly marked with respective tender number and tender name. Should be addressed to:

And should be deposited in the tender box situated in Kocholya NG CDF office during official working hours Monday – Friday 8.00am-5.00 pm

To be received on or before 22^th march 2021 at 10.00am, bids shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend.

LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED
