North Mugirango National Government Constituency Development Fund Committee and Kiabonyoru Boys High School Board-Invites sealed tenders from interested eligible Building Contractors for Construction and Completion of Tuition Block at Kiabonyoru Boys High School as below:-

Interested Bidders must provide documentary evidence of the following;

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

The following MUST be submitted:-

• Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
• Copy of current Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
• Copy of VAT/Pln Registration Certificate
• Certified copy of Registration with National Construction Authority(NCA)
• Valid Business Permit Certified by Commissioner for Oaths
• Pre-site visit Certificate
• 2% Bid Bond in form of guarantee acceptable under PPADA 2015

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Contractors MUST also submit sufficient information in the following areas to enable the client evaluate their suitability:-

• Proof of previous similar works
• Equipment holding
• Professional and Technical Personnel
• Turnover and liquid assets supported by Audited Accounts for the last two years
• Litigation history- Provide sworn affidavit
• Dully filled Confidential Business Questionnaire
• Current work load
• Current valid Certificate of CR12
