KAMASIAN WATER RESOURCES USERS ASSOCIATION TENDER JUNE 2021 

Kamasian Water Resources Users Association (WRUA) has received funds from Water Sector Trust Fund (WSTF) a state corporation under Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation to implement civil/water works project in Morombus, Kipkomo Sub-County, West Pokot County. The WRUA herewith invites eligible firms to undertake the following water works;

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and collect tender documents at the address given below, Monday to Friday between 0900hrs to 1600hrs except on a public holiday, or download at West Pokot tender website.

The tender documents with detailed specifications can be obtained upon payment of non- refundable fee of Kshs 1000 for each document payable to Kamasian Water Resources Users Association KENYA WOMEN FINANCE TRUST Acc. 1005613420 Kapenguria branch (Attach original bank slip to the tender document as a proof of the payment).

All Tenderers must return original and a copy of the tender documents properly filled and enclosed in plain sealed envelope marked Tender No. KAMASIAN WRUA/T/01/2020- 2021 Envelopes address to;

And be delivered at Water Resources Authority Office in Kapenguria on or before 13^th July 2021 at 1230hrs in the tender box placed at Water Resources Authority office in Kapenguria at West Pokot County.

Late tender documents shall be rejected.

Tenders shall be opened at the Water Resources Authority office in Kapenguria at West Pokot County in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

Pre tender site visit shall be at bidders’ own cost. Site visit certificate will be issued to bidders who will attend site visit meeting.
