Construction of 8 classrooms at Kebulonik. Primary School – NG-CDF MOSOP 2021

NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CONSTITUENCIES DEVELOPMENT FUND BOARD MOSOP CONSTITUENCY TENDER SEPTEMBER 2021 

Tenders are invited from interested and eligible building contractors for the execution of the following project in Mosop constituency;

The following conditions will apply;

1. Proof of certificate of Company registration
2. Proof of valid tax compliance certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority
3. Proof of PIN/VAT registration certificate
4. Proof of Valid National Construction Authority Certificate under categories NCA 6 and above and a current renewal certificate.
5. Must provide a bid bond of 2% of the bid price which must remain valid for 120 days [after expiry of tender validity period] in form of a bank guarantee from a reputable bank/ approved insurance company by Public Procurement Regulatory Authority.
6. Dully filled form of tender
7. Dully filled confidential business questionnaire
8. Serialization of pages of bid documents

In addition, interested bidders must show proof of the following;

1. Proof of similar works undertaken in the last one year
2. Audited accounts for the last 2 years
3. Adequate tools and equipment
4. Key technical staff to be engaged and their qualifications

The complete set of tender documents may be obtained from the head Teacher Kebulonik Primary School upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 to the school [Monday – Friday between 8:00am to 5:00pm]

The dully filled set of Tender document in plain sealed envelope, clearly marked with the respective tender number and tender name should be deposited in the tender box at NG-CDF Mosop constituency offices on or before 30^th September 2021 at 10:00am and addressed to: THE FUND ACCOUNT MANAGER MOSOP NG-CDF PO BOX 4600-30100, ELDORET

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at Mosop NG-CDF Office Boardroom in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
