Kiangunyi Girls High School invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of the proposed construction of 528 bed capacity dormitory. Interested eligible bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding document upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs.1000.00
The following conditions and documents are mandatory and shall form part of determination of responsiveness

| · Proof of registration with NCA Building Works Category NCA 5 and above. | · Provision of Bid Security of Kshs 150,0000.00 in the Form of Bank Guarantee. |
