Construction of a huduma centre at Makutano Centre and equipping – Laikipia East NG-CDF

NATIONAL GOVERNMENT DEVELOPMENT FUND  LAIKIPIA EAST CONSTITUENCY TENDER 2021 

The Laikipia East National Government Constituencies Development Fund invites interested contractors/Bidders to participate in the below tender.

Bidders MUST meet the following MANDATORY requirements supported by copies of requisite document) alongside other requirement contained in the tender documents.

1. CERTIFIED Certificate of Business Registration/incorporation
2. CERTIFIED Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
3. KRA V.A.T / PIN registration certificate.
4. CERTIFIED Valid copy of N.C.A 6 & above registration certificate
5. Duly signed & stamped Confidential Business Questionnaire (S33).
6. Duly filled, signed & stamped form of tender.
7. Latest & Valid CR12 or National Identity card for sole proprietor.
8. Bid bond of 2% of the bid price which must remain valid for 180 days (after expiry of tender validity period) from reputable bank or from PPRA accredited insurance company.
9. Clearly serialised bid document using page numbers
10. Attach copy of signed Pre tender site visit certificate (To be issued at the site)
11. CERTIFIED business permit

Interested bidders may inspect and obtain tender documents from the NGCDF website www.ngcdf.go.ke  OR From Laikipia East NGCDF Office, Gefro Imani Building 2nd Floor, opposite Central Park during normal working hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm upon payment of a non – refundable fee of kshs. 1,000 to be deposited to Laikipia East NGCDF bank account no. 0270261969541 Equity Bank Nanyuki and a receipt obtained at the Laikipia East Sub-County Treasury cash office, OCC’s compound, Opposite Equity Bank Nanyuki Branch.

There shall be a mandatory pre-tender site visit and bid conference;

From 6th May 2021 at Makutano Chief’s Office along the Nyeri – Nyahururu Highway at 10:00 am

Tenders in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked the tender number and bearing no indication of the tenderer should be addressed to:

P.0 Box 920-10400,

Nanyuki.

And be deposited in the tender box at Laikipia East NG-CDF offices Gefro Imani Building 2nd Floor, opposite Central Park on or before the above stated date at 10.00 am.

Submitted bids will be opened soon after in the NG-CDF Boardroom the above stated date and time in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
