The NG-CDF Sabatia Constituency, invites sealed bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF ADMINSTRATION & TUITION BLOCK AT KENYA MEDICAL TRAINING COLLEGE (KMTC) IN SABATIA CONSTITUENCY, VIHIGA COUNTY, TENDER NO. SAB/NG-CDF/ SMTC/001/2020-2021.
Complete bid documents shall be accompanied with the following
- Certified copy of incorporation certificate.
- Valid tax compliance certificate,
iii. Valid copy of CR12 certificate.
- Valid Certificate of Registration with NCA building category [6] and above,
- Evidence of [3] samples of similar works completed [attach at least 3 completion certificate,
- Dully filled and signed business questionnaire and form offender, [attached in the BQ]
vii. Attach bid bond 2% of tender sum from a reputable bank valid for 120 days after tender closing date.
viii. Schedule of key personnel.
- Schedule owned/leased machineries and equipment.
- Audited accounts for two latest financial years.
- Current bank statement at least 6 months.
xii. Letter of credit.
xiii. Tender sum must be within 10% [plus or minus] of the official estimates.
Tender document may be obtained from the NG-CDF Sabatia Constituency offices at Kshs. 1000 to be deposited in the NG-CDF Sabatia Constituency Account KCB Mbale ACC. N0.1102377678.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelope marked with tender reference number addressed to NG-CDF Sabatia P.0 BOX 260-50311 Wodanga and deposited in the tender box at Sabatia NG-CDF offices on or before 21st January, 2021 at 11.00am.
Tenders be closed/opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the NG-CDF Sabatia Boardroom- at 11.00 am on 21st January, 2021.
