A complete set offender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of non-refundable fee of one thousand (Kshs 1,000] shillings in cash at NG-CDF KISAUNI office during working hours or downloaded from NG-CDF KISAUNI WEBSITE. http://kisauni-ng-cdf.co.ke and obtain a receipt from the NG-CDF Kisauni offices upon payment of kshs.1,000.
Only bidders who meet the following criteria, which must be demonstrated by attaching relevant documentary evidence shall be considered for further evaluation
Eligibility
This invitation to tender is open to any tendered meeting the following requirements
- Provide a copy of valid National Construction Authority registration certificate at least
category 6 in building works (NCA-6)
- Must provide Valid bidder security/bid bond of at least 2% of the bid price in form of bank guarantee from a reputable bank or PPOA authorized insurance company located in Kenya, valid for at least 120 days from the date of bidder opening
- Must provide Proof of business incorporation or registration
- Provide Proof of tax payer registration [PIN/VAT]
- Must provide a valid tax compliance certificate
- Proof of having a single business permit
- All pages must be serialized
- Must provide evidence of contract completed in the last 3 years
- Attach copies of Audited Financial reports for the last 3 years
- Dully filled Tender form
- Dully filled Confidential business Questionnaire
- Dully filled Tender Questionnaire
- Attach copy of tender purchase receipt
Bidders are highly advised to visit the site before bidding as no claim will be accepted after bidding.

The sealed tender documents shall be deposited in the Tender Box at NG-CDF KISAUNI OFFICES OPPOSITE ZAMZAM STAGE on or before 12th November, 2020 at 10.00am
Opening will be done thereafter in the presence of tenderers or their representative who wish to attend at the NG-CDF KISAUNI OFFICES, OPPOSITE ZAMZAM STAGE.
NG KISAUNI reserves the right to reject any tender or all the tenders without giving reasons for rejection and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
