Duly filled tender documents should be submitted in plain sealed envelope with REFERENCE NO. and TENDER DESCRIPTION clearly indicated on the envelope shall be addressed to:

P.O. Box 2162 – 30200,
KITALE.
And be deposited in the Tender Box located at the ADMINISTRATION BLOCK within the Polytechnic so as to reach on or before Thursday 26th March 2026 at 11.00 AM.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the Administration Block Board Room.
