INVITATION TO TENDER
CONSTRUCTION OF KITUI COUNTY OFFICES AT ENFORCEMENT COMPOUND (B) KITUI TOWN (FRAMED STRUCTURE)

1. The County Government of Kitui through the Office of the Governor- invites sealed tenders
for the CONSTRUCTION OF KITUI COUNTY OFFICES AT ENFORCEMENT COMPOUND (B)
KITUI TOWN (FRAMED STRUCTURE)
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (Open National tender) using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours [ 0900 to 1700 hours] at the address given below.
4. The tender documents with detailed specifications shall be downloaded free of charge from County
Government Website www.kitui.go.ke, or IFMIS portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke and
Public Procurement Information portal www.tenders.go.ke.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the County Government of Kitui
website www.kitu.go.ke or the Public procurement information Portal (PPIP) website
www.tenders.go.ke . Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to procurement@kitui.go.ke tofacilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for
120 days from the date of opening of tenders.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted including all the
attachments.
8. Completed tenders MUST be submitted through the IFMIS supplier portal;
www.supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the document so as to be
received on or before 6th May 2025 at 12.00 Noon.
9. Tenders will be opened online immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
