North Rift Valley Water Works Development Agency is one of the nine (9) Water Works Development Agencies established on 7th February 2020 pursuant to the Water Act 2016 with the main mandate of developing and maintaining water and sanitation infrastructure within the counties of Uasin Gishu, West Pokot, Turkana and Elgeyo Marakwet.
The Agency has received financing from the Government of Kenya through the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation covering various programs and intends to apply part of it to implement the following projects:

The North Rift Valley Water Works Development Agency now invites eligible contractors to submit sealed tenders to bid for the above Works.
Minimum Qualification Requirements are described in the Bidding Documents
A complete set of bidding documents can be downloaded FREE of charge OR may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 per set of document. Further information can be obtained from the Agency’s Website www.nvrwwda.go.ke or the National Treasury Website http://supplier.treasury.go.ke/site/tenders.go/index.php/ .
Bids in plain sealed envelope with clearly marked tender numbers should be deposited in the tender box situated at the Agency Head Quarters as per the address below so as to be received on or before 8th December 2021 at 1200 hours East Africa time. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
Bidders are required to serialize pages of all bid documents permanently bound and submit One (1) original together with one (1) copy and burned CD in pdf format.
The Bids will be opened, physically thereafter at 1205 hours local time on 8th December 2021 in the presence of the Bidders’ Representatives, who choose to attend in person at the address below:
