TENDER NOTICE

Suba North National Government Constituency Development Fund invites sealed tenders from qualified contractors to undertake the following works.

Interested and eligible contractors may obtain tender documents at the Suba North NG-CDF Office at the Mbita Sub-County Planning Premises between 8.00 am to 5.00 p.m.

  1. A complete set of tender document may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Kenya shillings one thousand (Kshs.1, 000.00) to Suba Norh National Government CDF Account at Equity Bank A/c No. 0760297600325 Mbita Point Branch. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for (120) days from the closing date of tender.
  2. Only bidders who meet the following criteria, which MUST be demonstrated by attaching relevant documentary evidence, shall be considered for further evaluation;
  3. a)Must be registered by National Construction Authority (NCA) in the categories indicated above
  4. b)Provide details of similar works completed in the last three years, giving details of clients and consultants.
  5. c)Provide financial standing (audited accounts and bank statements) for the last three years.
  6. d)Attach a copy of Business Registration Certificate
  7. e)Attach a copy of Pin Certificate
  8. f)Attach a copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
  9. g)Must indicate the period they intend to complete the works as provided in the Appendix to conditions of contract.
  10. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender Name and Reference Number and deposited in the Tender Box at the Suba NG-CDF office or sent by courier or post office on the address below, so as to be received on or before 3rd June, 2021 at 10.00am.
  11. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at 10.30am on 3rd June, 2021 in the presence, of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend.
