INVITATION TO TENDER
The National Museums of Kenya (NMK) invites bids from reputable and qualified suppliers for the
following tenders:-

Interested bidders may obtain detailed information and inspect the tender documents at the
Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, NMK Headquarters on Museum Hill during normal
working hours Monday – Friday 9.00 am – 4:00 pm. Alternatively, the tender documents may be
downloaded free of charge from the NMK Website – www.museums.or.ke
A complete set of tender documents may also be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee
of Kshs. 1,000 in cash payable at the Cash Office – Heritage Centre.
Completed tender document shall be sealed and marked as instructed in the tender document,
