- Bid security must be submitted by March 26,2025, at 14:00, in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee, irrevocable letter or credit, or a cashier’s or certified check.
- Amount: 5% or higher of the total bid price
- KOICA will not be held liable for any taxes and duties, including VAT under this tender and the Contract. As per the local regulations, the organization responsible for taxation and the reimbursement of VAT or any other taxes is the Kenya National Treasury and the Kenya Revenue Authority.
