OPEN NATIONAL TENDER
Gangara Water Resources Users Association (WRUA) has received funds from Water Sector Trust Fund (WSTF) a state corporation under Ministry of Water, Sanitation and irrigation to implement civil/water works project in Kathanje in Siakago, Embu County. The WRUA herewith invites eligible firms to undertake the following water works;

Pre tender site visit (mandatory) shall be on Tuesday 04th May 2021at 9.00 am Assembling at WRUA office in Siakago at Nthawa chief camp compound & leave for the site

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect tender document at the address given below, Monday to Friday between 0900hrs to 1600hrs except on a public holiday.
The tender document with detailed specifications can be obtained upon payment of non- refundable fee of kshs 1000 for each document payable to Gangara Water Resources Users Association Cooperative bank account No. No. 01134569515100. (Attach original bank slip to the tender document as a proof of the payment).
All Tenderers must return One (1) original One (1) copy properly filled and enclosed in plain envelope marked Tender No. GANGARAWRUA/T/CW/02/2020-2021 envelopes address to;

And be deposited at the WRUA Office on or before 12th May 2021 at 1100hrs in the tender box placed at Gangara Water Resources users Association office in Siakago town adjacent to Nthawa Chiefs’ office at Sub County Education Office.
Late bid document shall be returned unopened.
Tenders shall be opened thereafter immediately at the Gangara WRUA office in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
Pre tender site visit shall be at bidders’ own cost.
