INVITATION TO TENDER
CONSTRUCTION TO COMPLETION OF A 3NO.CLASSROOMS BLOCK AT DUNGICHA PRIMARY SCHOOL IN GANZE CONSTITUENCY
TENDER NO: GNZ/NG-CDF/Q006/2024-2025
1. The Ng-cdf Ganze Constituency invites sealed tenders for the construction to completion of a 3no. classrooms
block at Dungicha Primary school in Ganze Constituency to a period of 6 months.
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open tender method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is
open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours from 9:00AM to 3:00PM at the address given below.
4. A Complete tender document with detailed information and more instructions can be obtained from the
Public Procurement Information Portal.
5. Tender documents may be viewed from the Public Procurement Information Portal.
6. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes.Tenders shall remain valid for 210 days
from the date of opening of tenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of kshs. 118,000 from financial institution approved by
CBK or insurance companies approved by PPRA.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted in format of 1, 2,3..
From the cover page including all attachments.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 17TH DECEMBER 2025 at 10:30AM.
Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later.Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
